Inspire is rooted in a relationship-focused methodology, led by Nikki Tapley, a professional business mentor, advisor and strategist with 20+ years of experience in business startups, scaleups, and even nonprofits. Nikki knows what it’s like to be an Investor, Founder, Director and Board Member, as well as to lead within C-Suite/Head of Dept roles within marketing and sales. Her passion lies in communication, collaborative partnerships, and community-building. She’s also a philanthropist who believes that a focus on impact and serving others is what leads to a happy and successful life.
